How much does it cost?
An initial 30-minute phone call is free. All projects are individual and depend on the size of your space and the scope of work involved. I'll need to see your home to provide an accurate quote, and there's no obligation to proceed after that first visit. Please check the Services page for more details
How do I pay?
I offer both pay as you go and pay upfront options. Bank transfer is preferred, but cash or cheque works just as well if that suits you better.
How long does it take?
Every project is as unique as the space itself, so it really depends on the size of the room, the volume of belongings and what needs to be done. Most people start to see a real difference after around three hours. I'll give you a realistic estimate during our first call.
​Do I need to buy extra storage?
Not necessarily. You may well have storage solutions already that can be put to better use. Once we've worked out a system that suits you, I can advise on anything additional worth picking up, whether that's boxes, baskets or shelving.
Do I need to tidy up before you get here?
Please don't. It really helps to see things as they are so I can get an accurate picture of your space and what's needed. I'm here to help, not to judge.
Will you make me throw everything away?
What stays and what goes is always your decision. I'm here to help you make those choices at your own pace, not to make them for you. The goal is a space that works for you and gives your belongings a proper home.
Do you work alone or with me?
Either works, and we'll talk about your preferences at the start. I can sort through things while you make final decisions, work alongside you throughout, or get on independently while you're elsewhere. Whatever feels most comfortable. You only need to be present when it comes to the final decisions about what to keep.
I’m a little worried about showing you my home
That's completely understandable, and you wouldn't be the first person to feel that way. My service is entirely non-judgmental. Things build up, life gets busy, and there's no version of a home I haven't encountered. Whatever your space looks like, I'm simply here to help.

Working with a professional organiser is an investment in your wellbeing, and a more comfortable, manageable home has real benefits for mental health too. It can also turn up items worth selling, which can go some way toward covering the cost of the service.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
We'll discuss your cleaning needs in our first meeting. I will dust and wipe along with organising so that everything goes back looking fresh, and I'll vacuum in the rooms that we sort. If you do need a deep clean as part of the project, I can help to organise professional services.
Who is your service designed for?
Anyone who'd like their home to feel more ordered and manageable. Whether you're sorting a single room, preparing for a move, going through a life change, or simply feel that things have got on top of you over time, if you'd like some help getting your space in order, this service is for you.
What happens to my unwanted things?
We can recycling, repurpose, or donate. I can help take quality items to charity shops, or help you with the second hand market to sell your belongings, though there might be a fee for these services.
Which areas does your service cover?
I'm based in East Bristol and cover most of the Bristol area, as well as Bath and the Cotswolds. I'm happy to travel further afield, though additional fuel and travel costs may apply. Just get in touch and we can work something out.
