How much does it cost?
An initial half an hour phone call is free.
All projects are individual and depend on the size of your property and how much work you would like me to complete. I will need to asses your space to provide a quotation.


How do I pay?
I have both pay as you go or pay upfront options, and I prefer bank transfers, but can accept cash or cheques if that’s better for you.
How long does it take?
Each project is as unique as your space, so it depends on the size of your room, the number of belongings, and whether things need cleaning. It often takes about 3 hours to see the changes, and I can give an estimate during the first call.


​Do I need to buy extra storage?
You will probably have storage solutions to repurpose already. Once we've worked out where to store things, you can pick up new boxes or shelves to suit your new lifestyle.
Do I need to tidy up before you get here?
It helps if you keep things as they are so that I can get a good idea of your space and needs. I'm here to help, not to judge, so don't worry if everything doesn't have its place yet.


Will you make me throw everything away?
Absolutely not, I’m not here to decide what stays or goes, the goal is to give a helping hand to make those choices . We’ll create a space that highlights your cherished items and sorts the rest into user friendly systems.
Do you work alone or with me?
Either way works. We'll talk about your preferences and establish some goals, then you can let me sort through things before you make any final decisions. As householder, the process is about you, so you can help me, hang out and chat, or pop out while I sort things. You only need to be present for the final decisions on whether to keep things or not.


I’m a little worried about showing you my home
My service is non-judgmental. I’ve encountered many different homes, and I want to help you create a space that suits your needs. I understand that things build up, dust gathers, and that life is full of unexpected events.
Why should you choose to work with me?
It can take courage to ask for help, and I feel privileged to be invited people's homes to lend a hand. I offer kind, patient that is judgement free and completely confidential. Working with a Professional Organiser is an investment in well-being, and positive mental health. The benefits also include uncovering items to sell, which could potentially cover some of the cost of the service.


Do you offer a cleaning service?
We'll discuss your cleaning needs in our first meeting. I will dust and wipe along with organising so that everything goes back looking fresh, and I'll vacuum in the rooms that we sort. If you do need a deep clean as part of the project, I can help to organise professional services.
Who is your service designed for?
My service is for anyone with a desire to organise their house, moving home, or trying to sort out wardrobes, cupboards, garages and sheds. My own experiences with clutter has given me the passion to help others get their spaces together.


What happens to my unwanted things?
We can recycling, repurpose, or donate. I can help take quality items to charity shops, or help you with the second hand market to sell your belongings, though there might be a fee for these services.
Which areas does your service cover?
I am based in East Bristol, and I cover most of the Bristol area. I can work further afield although this does incur further charges for fuel and transport. Let me know your needs and I can arrange things to suit.
